Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations)
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $XX (if applicable).

Age Verification:

  • You must be at least 21 years old to purchase cigars.
  • We use age verification software to confirm legal age before shipping.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to Utah, South Dakota, or Hawaii due to state regulations.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • Grouchy Monkey Cigars is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
